摘 要:针对从硫化矿中提取的含金黄铁矿精矿品位低,热解过程中矿相结构变化研究不足的问题,分别采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、热重-差示扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)、X荧光光谱分析(XFR)和扫描电子显微分析(SEM)研究了不同温度和料层厚度对焙烧过程中矿相转变的影响。结果表明:焙烧温度低于500℃,脱硫反应不能够充分进行,S含量高于5%。随着温度的升高,焙烧矿中S含量逐渐降低,Fe和Pb含量逐渐升高。温度达到800℃时,S含量低于3%,基本满足脱硫要求。另外,料层厚度也对焙烧产物有显著影响,薄料层焙烧时高温氧化性气氛容易穿透料层,原矿中的FeS_(2)和PbS完全转变为Fe_(2)O_(3)和PbSO_(4),焙烧矿呈黑色,结构疏松,便于后期磨矿和金的高效浸出;厚料层焙烧时产物出现分层现象,外层矿物呈黑色,完成了矿相转变,而中心位置呈淡黄色,矿物组成以FeS和PbS为主。In view of the low grade of gold-bearing pyrite concentrate extracted from sulfide ores and insufficient research on the change of mineral phase structure during pyrolysis.The effects of different temperature and thickness of material layer on the phase transformation during roasting are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XFR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The results show that the desulfurization reaction can not be fully carried out when the roasting temperature is lower than 500℃,and S content is higher than 5%.With the increase of temperature,the content of S in roasted ore decreases,while the content of Fe and Pb increases.When the temperature reaches 800℃,S content is less than 3%,which basically meets the desulfurization requirements.In addition,the thickness of the material layer also has a significant effect on the roasted ore products.During the roasting of the thin material layer,the high temperature oxidizing atmosphere is easy to penetrate the material layer,and the FeS_(2)and PbS in the raw ore are completely transformed into Fe_(2)O_(3)and PbSO_(4).The roasted ore is black and loose in structure,which is convenient for later grinding and efficient leaching of gold.When the thick material layer is roasted,the product is delaminated,the outer mineral is black,and the mineral phase transformation is completed,while the central position is light yellow,and the mineral composition is mainly FeS and PbS.
