摘 要:为了进一步优化烧结工艺,降低烧结工序能耗。柳钢265 m^(2)烧结机通过生产实践,分析了不同生熟熔剂比例对烧结性能、烧结矿转鼓强度、工序能耗等指标的影响。结果表明:生熟熔剂比例为3∶7时,烧结性能良好,烧结矿的转鼓指数达75.8%,成品率达75.5%,烧结工序能耗低至45.20 kgce/t。In order to further optimize the sintering process and reduce energy consumption in the sintering process.Through production practice,the influence of different ratios of raw and cooked fluxes on sintering performance,sintering drum strength,process energy consumption,and other indicators of Liugang’s 265 m^(2)sintering machine was analyzed.The results showed that when the ratio of raw and cooked fluxes was 3∶7,the sintering performance was good,the drum index of sintered ore reached 75.8%,the yield rate reached 75.5%,and the energy consumption of the sintering process was as low as 45.20 kgce/t.
