摘　　要：针对高炉铁口难维护对高炉带来的影响,从炉前设备、炮泥质量、炉前操作、炉况稳定性四方面采取优化调整措施:炉前设备材质改进、凿岩机功率提升;炮泥质量改进和炉前修沟优化;炉前操作优化、一次开口和水冷雾化钻头技术的应用;入炉品位提高、复合料制优化、焦炭结构调整、煤粉利用率提高以及造渣制度和热制度应对调整。实践表明:铁口深度涨到2.70~2.80 m,出铁时间增加到70~80 min,日出铁次数降到15次,铁口合格率提高到97.50%。2023年高炉全年煤比累计达到170.00 kg/t,比1月份152.90 kg/t增加17.10 kg/t,达到了高炉铁口状态改善,煤比提升的目的。In response to the impact of difficult maintenance of the blast furnace iron mouth on the blast furnace,optimization and adjustment measures are taken from four aspects:improvement of the material of the blast furnace equipment,increase of the power of the rock drill;improvement of the blast furnace mud quality and groove repair;optimization of the blast furnace operation,application of primary opening and water-cooled atomization drill bit technology;improvement of the furnace grade,optimization of the composite material production,adjustment of the coke structure,improvement of the coal powder utilization rate,and adjustment of the slag making system and thermal system.Practice has shown that the depth of the iron mouth has increased to 2.70~2.80 meters,the tapping time has been increased to 70~80 minutes,the daily tapping frequency has been reduced to 15 times,and the pass rate of the iron mouth has increased to 97.50%;In 2023,the cumulative annual coal ratio of blast furnaces reached 170.00 kg/t,an increase of 17.10 kg/t from January’s 152.90 kg/t,achieving the goal of improving the condition of blast furnace iron mouth and increasing coal ratio.
