摘　　要：面对钢铁行业严峻的市场形势,钢铁企业极力降低生产成本以求得生存空间,铁前成本占到整个钢铁成本的70%以上,降低原燃料成本是最为快捷的一项措施,采用低成本原料成为了各钢铁企业的首选。面对原燃料条件的大幅度劣化,裕华钢铁炼铁厂积极应对,通过采取强化烧结矿管理、优化入炉原燃料、改进炉内和炉外操作制度,保证了高炉稳定、高效、低耗顺行。Faced with the severe market situation in the steel industry,steel enterprises must strive to reduce production costs in order to gain survival space.Pre iron costs account for more than 70%of the entire steel cost,and reducing raw material costs is the quickest measure,using low-cost raw materials has become the first choice for various steel enterprises.Faced with the significant deterioration of raw material and fuel conditions,Yuhua Iron and Steel Ironmaking Plant actively responded by strengthening the management of sintered ore,optimizing the raw materials and fuels entering the furnace,and improving the operating system inside and outside the furnace,ensuring the stability,efficiency,and smooth operation of the blast furnace with low consumption.
