摘  要:N08811合金通过真空感应炉熔炼及电渣重熔熔炼成分控制的实践研究。结果表明:该合金真空感应熔炼后,C、Si、Mn、Al、Ti等易氧化元素均出现不同程度的烧损;采用含有TiO_(2)的渣系电渣重熔后铸锭整体呈现烧铝、增钛现象,同时底部出现增硅现象;经过研究提出真空感应熔炼811电极锭时C、Mn按照中上限控制,Al按照0.60%的上限控制,Ti按照中限控制0.35%~0.45%,Si按照中下限控制,经过电渣后均可使得811合金成分满足标准要求。N08811 alloy has been smelted by vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting.The results show that C,Si,Mn,Al,Ti and other easily oxidized elements have different degrees of burning loss after vacuum induction melting.After the slag system electroslag containing TiO_(2)is remelted,the ingot as a whole shows the phenomenon of aluminum burning and titanium increasing,and the silicon increasing phenomenon appears at the bottom.According to the study,when vacuum induction melting 811 electrode ingot,C and Mn are controlled according to the upper limit of the medium,Al is controlled according to the upper limit of 0.60%,Ti is controlled according to the middle limit of 0.35%~0.45%,and Si is controlled according to the lower limit of the medium.
