摘 要:为建立酒钢炼铁诊断技术的数字化、标准化技术体系,解决人为因素造成的炉况波动问题,酒钢炼铁厂从炼铁现场实际需求出发,结合自身基础软硬件条件,充分吸收国内外高炉专家系统、高炉数学模型等系统特点,搭建了酒钢1号、2号高炉智能诊断系统,建立了酒钢炼铁炉况诊断的数字化、标准化技术体系,为高炉操作提供指导,提高了酒钢炼铁操作的延续性与炉况稳定性,阐述酒钢高炉智能诊断系统的研发与应用情况。In order to establish a digital and standardized technical system for Jiusteel’s iron-making diagnostic technology,and to solve the problem of furnace condition fluctuations caused by human factors,Jiusteel Ironmaking Plant started from the actual needs of the iron-making site,combined with its own basic software and hardware conditions,and fully absorbed the characteristics of domestic and foreign blast furnace expert systems and blast furnace mathematical models to build an intelligent diagnostic system for blast furnaces No.1 and No.2 at Jiusteel.This established a digital and standardized technical system for furnace condition diagnosis at Jiusteel’s iron-making operations,providing guidance for blast furnace operation,improving the continuity and stability of furnace conditions in Jiusteel’s iron-making operations.This paper focuses on the research and development and application of the intelligent diagnostic system for Jiusteel’s blast furnaces.
