摘  要:根据目前钢铁行业对LF渣系研究的成熟理论,结合现场LF渣系控制现状制定渣系优化试验方案,通过优化石灰、助熔剂加入量配比实现了LF顶渣二元碱度w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))控制在5.0~8.0,钙铝比w(CaO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))控制在1.7~1.8,降低渣系整体熔点、提高渣系流动性和夹杂物吸附能力,实现管线钢钢水洁净冶炼控制。Based on the mature theories of LF slag system research in the current steel industry and combined with the on-site control status of the LF slag system,an experimental scheme for slag system optimization was formulated.By optimizing the addition amounts and ratios of lime and fluxing agents,the binary basicity w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))of the LF top slag was controlled within the range of 5.0 to 8.0,and the ratio of calcium to aluminum w(CaO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))was controlled within the range of 1.7 to 1.8.This reduced the overall melting point of the slag system,improved the fluidity of the slag system and the adsorption ability for inclusions,and thus achieved the control of clean smelting of pipeline steel molten steel.
