摘  要:介绍了酒钢不锈钢铁水预处理区域冶炼一步法409钢种过程中出现的难题,通过现场跟踪剖析难题存在的根本原因,提出工艺优化方案,督促现场执行,保证一步法409钢种的冶炼。通过优化预处理冶炼工艺,取得了显著成果,具体为:脱磷站的冶炼比例提高37%,一步法409钢种连浇炉数由4炉提升至7炉,降低了一步法409钢种的冶炼成本。脱磷转炉处理铁量平均每炉增加6.4 t,进一步增加一步法409钢种合格板坯量。通过优化脱磷站处理工艺,在AOD的回磷量均控制在0.006%以内,保证了一步法409钢种的成品成分。Introduces the difficulties in the process of smelting one-step 409 steel grade in Jiusteel’s stainless steel iron pretreatment area,analyzes the root causes of the problems through on-site tracking,puts forward process optimization solutions,supervises on-site implementation,and ensures the smelting of one-step 409 steel grade.Through the optimization of pretreatment smelting process,significant results have been achieved,specifically:The smelting ratio of dephosphorization station has been increased by 37%,and the number of consecutive casting furnaces of one-step 409 steel grades has been increased from 4 furnaces to 7 furnaces,which reduces the smelting cost of one-step 409 steel grades.The average amount of iron handled in the dephosphorization converter increased by 6.4 tons per furnace,which further increased the amount of qualified slabs of one-step 409 steel grade.By optimizing the treatment process of dephosphorization station,the amount of phosphorus return in AOD is controlled within 0.006%,which ensures the finished product composition of one-step 409 steel grades.
