摘 要:对采用“电炉-AOD炉-VD-LF精炼炉-连铸”工艺路线生产的305低磁不锈钢冶炼过程全氧和夹杂物进行了分析。结果表明:在AOD-VD-LF过程钢液中平衡氧含量和全氧含量均是依次减小的,连铸中间包中全氧含量有一定程度的升高。整个冶炼过程夹杂物类型均为CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO,到连铸中间包,夹杂物成分中Al_(2)O_(3)和MgO质量分数均有明显升高。冶炼过程炉渣碱度升高,钢液中Al含量依次升高,最终导致夹杂物中Al_(2)O_(3)含量也是依次升高的。The total oxygen and inclusions in 305 stainless steel with low magnetic produced by the EAF-AOD-VD-LF-continuous casting process were investigated.The results show that the total oxygen content,the equilibrium oxygen content and inclusion size decrease throughout the AOD-VD-LF process,the total oxygen content in continuous casting tundish increase to a certain extent.The types of inclusions are mainly CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO during the whole production process.The contents of MgO and Al_(2)O_(3)in these inclusions continuously increase in the tundish.With the increase of slag basicity in smelting process,the Al content in molten steel increases in turn,resulting in the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)content in inclusions.
