摘  要:当前钢铁市场形势持续严峻,高炉原燃料质量呈持续恶化趋势。为了进一步压降成本,酒钢炼铁厂高比例采用入炉有害元素较高的自产及周边矿产资源,入炉有害元素大幅度增加,入炉品位大幅度下降,原料条件变差对高炉料柱透气性、炉缸活跃性等造成极其不利的影响。因此采取合理的排碱、排锌措施,维持合理的高炉碱收支平衡,对改善高炉顺行状况,降低生铁成本至关重要。酒钢3号高炉面对不利条件,积极采取各项应对措施,保证了炉况的稳定顺行。The current situation in the steel market remains severe,and the quality of raw materials and fuels for blast furnaces is continuously deteriorating.In order to further reduce costs,the Jiusteel Ironmaking Plant has adopted a high proportion of self-produced and surrounding mineral resources with high harmful elements in the furnace.The harmful elements in the furnace have increased significantly,and the grade of the furnace has decreased significantly.The deterioration of raw material conditions has extremely adverse effects on the permeability of the blast furnace column and the activity of the furnace hearth.Therefore,taking reasonable measures to remove alkali and zinc,maintaining a reasonable balance of alkali balance in the blast furnace,is crucial for improving the smooth operation of the blast furnace and reducing the cost of pig iron.Jiusteel’s No.3 blast furnace has actively taken various countermeasures in the face of unfavorable conditions to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the furnace.
