高锰烟灰废渣中锌含量测定方法的研究

摘  要:建立了EDTA络合滴定法测定高锰烟灰废渣中锌含量的分析检测方法。试样经过盐酸-硝酸-硫酸溶解,采用盐酸预先还原溶解后样品中的高价锰离子,然后以氨水、过硫酸铵沉淀分离Fe^(3+)、Mn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)等金属离子,并以抗坏血酸、KF、硫脲(CH_(4)N_(2)S)分别掩蔽剩余干扰金属离子,选用二甲酚橙作为终点指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定高锰烟灰废渣中锌的含量。通过对盐酸浓度及加入量进行实验探讨,结果表明:加入4 mL(12 mol/L)的盐酸处理一次试验结果准确可靠,此方法简单可行。The analysis method of zinc content in waste residue of high manganese soot by EDTA complexometric titration was established.The sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and sulfuric acid.High-priced manganese ions in the dissolved sample were pre-reduced by hydrochloric acid,and then metal ions such as Fe^(3+),Mn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)were separated by precipitation of ammonia water and ammonium persulfate,and the remaining interfering ions were shielded by KF,ascorbic acid and thiourea(CH_(4)N_(2)S),respectively.Xylenol orange was used as indicator,and the content of zinc in high manganese ash waste was titrated with EDTA standard solution.Through the experimental discussion of hydrochloric acid concentration and dosage,the results show that the experimental results are accurate and reliable after adding 4 mL(12 mol/L)of hydrochloric acid treatment once,and this method is simple and feasible.
