摘 要:定量取生产中的碲电解液加水稀释,缓慢摇晃加入少量盐酸后低温加热,将碲电解液中可能存在的氯酸钾等氧化剂还原同时进行酸化。加热至氢氧化碲完全溶解,溶液澄清且无氯气时取下冷却,在电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪上进行测定。该方法创建了电感耦合等离子体原子光谱发射法对碲电解液中Al、Cu、Pb、Fe元素的分析方法,各个元素标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限符合生产需求,方法相对标准偏差低于5%,加标回收率为97.4%~99.1%。结果表明该方法简单、迅速、灵敏、准确,适用于碲电解液中Al、Cu、Pb、Fe的测定。The tellurium electrolyte in the production is diluted with water,slowly shaken and a small amount of hydrochloric acid is added,and then heated at low temperature.The oxidizing agent such as potassium chlorate which may exist in the tellurium electrolyte is reduced and acidified at the same time.The tellurium hydroxide was heated until it was completely dissolved,the solution was clarified and no chlorine gas was found.Then it was taken off and cooled and measured on an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer.An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission method was developed for the analysis of Al,Cu,Pb and Fe in tellurium electrolyte.The correlation coefficient of each element’s standard curve was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was in line with the production demand,the relative standard deviation of the method was less than 5%,and the recovery rate was 97.4%~99.1%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of Al,Cu,Pb and Fe in tellurium electrolyte.
