摘  要:通过分析87B高碳钢铸坯内部缺陷的类型和级别,评估了87B生产过程中不同内部的内部缺陷可能对盘条力学性能的影响。结果表明:铸坯内部缺陷以缩孔、偏析为主,等级低于1级,铸坯断面上C含量的偏析倾向最大,偏析系数为1.092。这些轻微的铸坯内缺陷可以在轧制过程中予以消除,铸坯中缺陷不会对盘条的性能带来不利的影响。By analyzing the types and levels of internal defects in 87B high carbon steel billets,the possible impact of different internal factors on the mechanical properties of wire rods during the production process of 87B was evaluated.The internal defects of the billet are mainly shrinkage and segregation,with a grade lower than level 1.The segregation tendency of C content is the highest,with a segregation coefficient of 1.092.Various defects formed in the billet can be eliminated by controlling heating and rolling in the existing production process,and the defects in the billet be not have adverse effects on the performance of the wire rod.
