摘  要:唐钢新区生产的S45C高碳钢存在严重的夹杂物超标问题,经过光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检测后结果表明夹杂物为MnS非金属夹杂物。分析了MnS夹杂物的形成机理,其原因为铸坯凝固终点偏析造成,并且轧制过程中MnS会沿着轧制方向变形为较长的大尺寸夹杂物,严重危害钢材的冲击韧性、延伸性和焊接等性能。通过调整钢水成分、加快钢包周转并调整连铸工序的冷却模式可有效降低S45C中MnS夹杂物的含量和等级,降低钢水S含量,稳定控制钢水Ca含量,降低了中间包钢水过热度,优化二冷冷却模型和轻压下模型,为生产实践提供理论支撑。The S45C high carbon steel produced in Tangshan Iron and Steel New Area has serious inclusions exceeding the standard.After inspection by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the results show that the inclusions are MnS non-metallic inclusions.This article analyzes the formation mechanism of MnS inclusions,which is caused by segregation at the solidification endpoint of the casting billet.During the rolling process,MnS will deform into longer large-sized inclusions along the rolling direction,seriously endangering the impact toughness,elongation,and welding properties of the steel.By taking the following measures,the content and grade of MnS inclusions in S45C can be effectively reduced,the S content of molten steel can be lowered,the Ca content of molten steel can be stably controlled,the superheat of intermediate steel ladle water can be reduced,and the secondary cooling model and light reduction model can be optimized,providing theoretical support for production practice.
