摘  要:以0.24 mm厚度1235电池箔坯料为研究对象,分别截取不同化学组分的1235合金样品,采用混合酸对其截面进行腐蚀后,利用ImageJ和Nano Measurer处理软件对其金相图片进行边界化处理和析出相尺寸进行统计分析。结果表明:1235合金冷轧坯料截面析出相尺寸基本在5μm范围之内分布,Fe/Si比在4.2时生产的1235合金冷轧坯料横截面上表层的析出相相对稀疏,Fe/Si比在3.8时生产的1235合金冷轧坯料横截面上表层的析出相相对密集。This article takes the 0.24mm thick 1235 battery foil blank as the research object,different chemical compositions of 1235 alloy samples were taken,and their cross-sections were corroded using mixed acid.The metallographic images were subjected to boundary treatment and statistical analysis of the size of precipitated phases using ImageJ and Nano Measurer processing software.The results showed that the size distribution of precipitates on the cross-section of 1235 alloy cold-rolled billets was basically within the range of 5μm.The precipitates on the surface layer of the cross-section of 1235 alloy cold-rolled billets produced with Fe/Si ratio of 4.2 were relatively sparse,while the precipitates on the surface layer of the cross-section of 1235 alloy cold-rolled billets produced with Fe/Si ratio of 3.8 were relatively dense.
