摘  要:采用Leica DMI3000倒置金相显微镜和电子探针及能谱对组织中的第二相变化情况和成分进行分析观察,利用ImageJ和Nano Measurer金相处理软件对其第二相尺寸分布进行统计分析,以研究铸轧生产1235铝合金的均匀化退火工艺。研究结果表明:冷轧变形量为45.7%的1235铝箔坯料在不同均匀化工艺下退火时,均匀化退火温度530℃保温4 h时,颗粒尺寸<1μm的第二相占比最少(表层1.22%)、第二相尺寸在1~5μm的占比达到了95.92%;在均匀化退火温度为530℃条件下保温6 h和540℃条件下保温4 h,贫Si的Al-Fe相优先长大呈显出棒状第二相。The changes and components of the second phase in the structure are analyzed and observed by Leica DMI3000 inverted metallographic microscope,electron probe and energy spectrum.The size distribution of the second phase is statistically analyzed by ImageJ and Nano Measurer metallographic processing software,so as to study the homogenization annealing process of 1235 aluminum alloy produced by casting and rolling.The results show that when 1235 aluminum foil blank with cold rolling deformation of 45.7%is annealed under different homogenization processes,when the homogenization annealing temperature is 530℃for 4 h,the proportion of the second phase with particle size less than 1μm is the least(surface layer 1.22%),and the proportion of the second phase with particle size in the range of 1~5μm is 95.92%;When the homogenization annealing temperature is 530℃for 6 h and 540℃for 4 h,the Al-Fe phase with poor Si grows preferentially and shows a rod-shaped second phase.
