摘  要:通过对4J36因瓦合金热轧中厚板裂纹缺陷样的检测分析,确定混晶问题是造成热轧开裂的主要原因。4J36导热系数较低,在连铸凝固过程中会形成梯度较大且持续时间较长的温度场,促进粗大柱状晶的形成产生枝晶偏析。特别是三角区,在热轧轧制后粗晶区与细晶区呈片层状交错分布,显著降低其高温强度,在大变形下导致开裂。The mixed grain structure was determined to be the main cause of hot-rolled plate cracking of 4J36 invar alloy,through the detection and analysis of cracking defect samples.The temperature field with larger gradient and longer duration was formed during the solidification process of continuous casting due to the low thermal conductivity of 4J36 invar alloy,which promoted the formation of thick dendrites and dendrite segregation.The coarse and fine crystal areas were staggered distribution after hot rolling,which significantly reduced its high temperature strength and cracked under large deformation,especially in the triangular area of the solidification structure.
