摘  要:运用SEM、EDS手段对原材料、工序工位气体含量、中包保护浇铸氩气流量对连铸坯皮下气泡问题进行分析。结果表明:氩气流量不合理是连铸坯表面产生皮下气泡的主要诱因。通过调整合适的塞棒、上水口氩气流量,减少氩气泡未上浮被钢水凝固捕捉形成的表面气泡或皮下气泡,可有效防止连铸坯皮下气泡的产生。SEM and EDS were used to analyze the gas content of raw materials,working stations,argon gas flow rate of protective casting and subcutaneous bubble problem of continuous casting billet.The results showed that the unreasonable argon flow rate was the main inducement of subcutaneous bubbles on the surface of continuous casting slab.By adjusting the appropriate plug bar and the argon flow rate of the upper nozzle,the surface bubbles or subcutaneous bubbles that are not floating up and captured by the solidification of molten steel can be effectively prevented,which can effectively prevent the formation of bubbles under the skin of continuous casting slab.
