摘  要:自2021年以来,宝武集团鄂城钢铁有限公司300 mm厚轧制的钢板边裂比例高达19.8%,导致大量钢板无法通过边部切削处理后作为毛边板进行交付致使产品利润低。研究发现300 mm厚板坯轧制的Q235毛边钢板产生边部裂纹主要原因是皮下横裂纹造成的。通过优化浸入式水口的侧孔参数、提高钢水中Mn的含量、选择合适的保护渣的成分、提高板坯铸机的设备精度,有利于消除Q235毛边钢板的边部裂纹,提升轧制厚板的质量。最后实施工业实践来验证改进方案的效果。Since 2021,Baowu Group Echeng Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.has had a high 19.8%edge crack ratio of 300 mm thick rolled steel plates,resulting in a large number of slabs that cannot be delivered as burr plates after edge cutting,resulting in low product margins.The edge cracks of Q235 burr steel plate rolled with 300 mm thick slab are mainly caused by subcutaneous transverse cracks.By optimizing the side hole parameters of the immersion nozzle,increasing the content of Mn in the molten steel,selecting the appropriate composition of protective slag,and improving the equipment accuracy of the slab casting machine,it is beneficial to eliminate the edge cracks of the Q235 burr steel plate and improve the quality of the rolled thick plate.Finally,industrial experiments were carried out to verify the effect of the improvement scheme.
