摘　　要：心理评估与矫治在社区矫正工作中是全过程、多环节的系统性活动。在入矫阶段,通过系统的心理评估与分类,作用于明确矫正对象的心理状态和风险水平,为个性化矫治和分级管理提供依据。在矫治阶段,进行动态监控、风险预警和适时干预等方式,能帮助矫正对象改善矫正期间心理状态。在解矫阶段,通过反馈、评估和支持计划,总结矫治效果并为出矫后的适应提供保障。在安置帮教中,通过持续追踪和心理支持,延续矫治成效,促进社会融入。研究旨在梳理并强化心理评估与矫治在社区矫正全过程中的应用价值,为提升社区矫正科学性和实效性提供理论支持,并为未来社区矫正工作智慧化、标准化和协同化发展提出建议。Psychological assessment and intervention in community correction is a systematic activity involving multiple stages throughout the entire process.During the initial assessment phase,systematic psychological evaluation and classification clarify the psychological state and risk levels of the correctional subjects,providing a basis for personalized interventions and graded management.In the intervention phase,dynamic monitoring,risk alerts,and timely interventions help improve the psychological state of individuals.In the final evaluation phase,feedback,assessment,and support plans summarize the effectiveness of interventions and ensure post-correction adaptation.During reintegration assistance,ongoing tracking and psychological support sustain the intervention outcomes and promote social integration.This study aims to clarify and enhance the application value of psychological assessment and intervention throughout the community correction process,providing theoretical support for improving the scientific and effective nature of community corrections,and offering recommendations for the future intelligent,standardized,and collaborative development of community correction work.
