摘 要:根据高岭土除铁增白试验数据,高岭土矿浆pH值为1.9时,连二亚硫酸钠加入量为1.5%条件下,化学漂白除铁增白效果显著,高岭土氧化铁含量由1.02%下降至0.69%,白度由72.10上升至83.82,而采用超导磁对高岭土除铁有一定的效果,但对提升高岭土白度作用有限。采用超导磁选与化学漂白联合除铁增白,超导磁选采用3T磁场强度,2cm/s的矿浆流速,超导磁选后的高岭土矿浆调节pH值1.8,加入0.5%连二亚硫酸钠,高岭土氧化铁含量为0.57%,白度达到86.18,与化学漂白除铁进行对比,达到相同的除铁增白效果,联合除铁方法的硫酸用量减少了55%,连二亚硫酸钠用量减少了66%。Based on experimental data from iron removal and whitening of kaolin,when the pH value of the kaolin slurry is 1.9 and the amount of sodium hydrosulfite added is 1.5%,the chemical bleaching method for iron removal and whitening exhibits significant effects.The iron oxide content of kaolin decreases from 1.02%to 0.69%,and the whiteness increases from 72.10 to 83.82.The use of superconducting magnetic separation for iron removal from kaolin has certain effects,but it has limited impact on enhancing the whiteness of kaolin.By combining superconducting magnetic separation with chemical bleaching for iron removal,using a magnetic field strength of 3T and a slurry flow rate of 2cm/s,the kaolin slurry after superconducting magnetic separation is adjusted to a pH value of 1.8,and 0.5%sodium hydrosulfite is added.The iron oxide content of kaolin is 0.57%,and the whiteness reaches 86.18.Compared with chemical bleaching for iron removal,the combined iron removal method reduces the amount of sulfuric acid by 55%and the amount of sodium hydrosulfite by 66%,achieving the same iron removal and whitening effects.
