摘  要:本文对广东茂名山阁飞鼠岭矿区高岭土开展高岭土原矿类型细分试验研究,采用“筛分—沉降”选矿加工工艺制备出精矿(-7μm)。通过对32组高岭土原矿化学成分及其对应精矿(-7μm)产率、自然白度、可漂性以及黏度浓度等指标对高岭土原矿进行分类鉴定,筛选出优质造纸面涂级高岭土原料并建立出高档造纸面涂级高岭土原矿评级机制,为高值化利用高岭土资源,制备高档造纸面涂级高岭土(白度≥88,粒度(-2μm含量)≥95%,黏度浓度≥71%)提供技术依据。In this paper,the subdivision of kaolin ore type was carried out on the kaolin in the Feilingling mining area of Shange,Maoming Province,and the concentrate(-7μm)was prepared by the"screening-sedimentation"beneficiation processing technology.Through the classification and identification of 32 groups of kaolin raw ore chemical composition and its corresponding concentrate(-7μm)separation rate,natural whiteness,bleachability and viscosity concentration,the high-quality papermaking surface coated kaolin raw materials were screened out and the high-grade papermaking surface coated kaolin ore rating mechanism was established,which provided a basis for the high-value utilization of kaolin resources to prepare high-grade papermaking coated kaolin(whiteness≥88,particle size(-2μm content)≥95%,viscosity concentration≥71%).
