摘  要:胫骨横向骨搬移是一种以张力-应力法则为基本原理,通过牵拉组织再生将力学刺激转变为生物信号,从而促进毛细血管再生及组织再生,达到重建糖尿病足微循环的技术,是Ilizarov技术的发展和延伸。近年来,胫骨横向骨搬移在国内治疗糖尿病足获得了良好的疗效。本文从糖尿病足的发病机制、胫骨横向骨搬移治疗糖尿病足的机制、糖尿病足微循环的监测及胫骨横向骨搬移治疗糖尿病足的效果等方面对胫骨横向骨搬移重建糖尿病足微循环的研究进展作一综述。The tibial transverse bone transport(TTBT)is a technique based on the principle of“tension-stress”,which transforms mechanical stimulation into biological signal by distraction histogenesis.This process promotes capillary and tissue regeneration,and achieves the microcirculation reconstruction of diabetic foot(DF).It is a development and extension of the Ilizarov technique.In recent years,TTBT has achieved good results in the treatment of DF in China.This review summarizes the research progress of TTBT for microcirculation reconstruction in DF from the pathogenesis of DF,the mechanism of TTBT for treatment of DF,monitoring of microcirculation in DF,and the clinical efficacy of TTBT for the treatment of DF.
