旅游体验视角下海岛旅游满意度评价——以东山岛为例

摘　　要：海岛旅游作为旅游业的一大发展热点,已成为海洋经济增长的重要驱动力。研究海岛旅游满意度对提升海岛旅游品质、增进游客重访率、推动海岛旅游可持续发展至关重要。以福建东山岛为例,构建海岛旅游满意度评价指标体系,采用问卷调查和重要性-表现程度分析法(importance-performance analysis,IPA)深入探究东山岛的旅游满意度。研究表明:东山岛游客旅游体验指标满意度均低于重要程度,二者存在明显感知差异;客房安全性与舒适性以及交通是游客最为关注的问题,餐饮价格与购物环境是满意度最低的内容;东山岛旅游景区目前亟需提升的因素包括客房服务质量、菜品质量、交通指示牌清晰程度、停车场容量及服务和门票收费。As a major development hotspot of tourism,island tourism has become an important engine of marine economic growth.Research on the satisfaction of island tourism experience is crucial to improve the quality of island tourism,increase the revisit rate of tourists,and promote the sustainable development of island tourism.Taking Dongshan Island in Fujian Province as an example,this study constructed an evaluation index system for island tourism satisfaction,and used questionnaires and IPA analysis to explore tourism satisfaction in the study area.The results show that the actual satisfaction degree of tourist experience indicators in Dongshan Island is generally lower than the importance,and there are obvious perception differences.In addition,the safety and comfort of hotel rooms and transportation are the most important concerns of tourists,while restaurant prices and shopping environments are the least satisfying.Moreover,the factors that Dongshan Island tourist attractions need to be improved urgently at present include the quality of hotel room service,the quality of food,the clarity of traffic signs,the capacity and service of parking lots,and the admission fees of scenic spots.
