摘  要:玻璃和金属是工业中常见的两种材料,在物理和化学性质上均具有独特的性能。近年来,玻璃和金属的封接体由于其独特的性能而获得了关注,并且应用在医疗、航空航天和微电子等行业中。然而,传统的金属与玻璃的封接技术会导致热物理性质的差异而形成残余应力和界面的连接失效。激光焊接技术具有高精度、能量集中和快速加工的特点,从而在玻璃与金属的加工中得到了迅速的应用。介绍了传统封接金属与玻璃的应用和弊端,并对比分析了激光焊接金属和玻璃的研究进展。还对激光封接金属与玻璃的未来方向提供了思路,可以作为研究和应用激光封接金属与玻璃的一个借鉴。Glass and metals are both common materials applied in various industries,due to their unique characteristics in terms of physicochemical and mechanical properties.Recently,glass to metal sealing components with the attractive and excellent performance have gained popularity,and have been extensively exploited in aerospace,microelectronics and medical.However,conventional glass/metal joining methods often lead to problems involving thermal residual stresses and impaired joint strength owing to mismatches in thermal expansion and interfacial bonding nature.Laser technique with the benefits of high precision,energy concentration and fast processing plays an increasingly prominent role in the joining of glass to metals.This review investigates the applications and limitations of conventional welding methods for the joining of glass to metal.Comprehensive analysis in the progress of research on laser joining glass to metal is critically reviewed.Finally,the article provides an overview on potential future strategies for laser joining of glass to metals,offering a creative thought for the fabrication of glass to metal composite structures.Therefore,this work can serve as the basis for the research of laser joining glass and metals.
