摘  要:电力机车车体是整个电力机车的承载主体,稳定的焊接质量对于保证行车安全至关重要。选取典型HXD1型电力机车车体总成为对象,从电力机车车体总成结构特点、自动化焊接工位布局、自动焊设备选型、自动焊焊接参数调试、样件验证及实物应用等方面进行了介绍。通过批量生产验证将自动焊台位与上下工序连通,满足了电力机车车体总成的自动上下料、自动化焊接要求,最终电力机车车体总成在行业内首次实现自动化焊接工程化应用。The body of an electric locomotive is the load-bearing body of the entire electric locomotive,and stable welding quality is crucial for ensuring driving safety.Select the typical model of HXD1 electric locomotive body assembly object,and introduces the structural characteristics of electric locomotive body assembly,layout of automatic welding stations,selection of automatic welding equipment,automatic welding process parameter debugging,sample verification,and physical application.Through batch production verification,the automatic welding station was connected to the upper and lower processes,achieving the requirements of automatic loading and unloading and automatic welding of the electric locomotive body assembly.Finally,the electric locomotive body assembly achieved the engineering application of automated welding for the first time in the industry.
