摘 要:为精准发现核技术利用单位辐射安全风险,及时消除辐射安全隐患,实现核技术利用单位辐射安全的精细化管理。以电子辐照加速器企业为例,在充分调研的基础上,归纳总结其行业辐射安全风险特点,构建了一个由3个层次、32项指标组成的辐射安全风险评价指标体系,采用组合赋权法对各项指标赋权,运用模糊综合评价法对某电子辐照加速器企业进行综合评价,得到了该企业辐射安全风险点和风险程度,评价结果与实际情况相符,验证了该评价体系的可行性,为辐射安全监管提供了决策依据。To accurately identify radiation safety risks in nuclear technology utilization units,promptly eliminate radiation safety hazards,and achieve refined management of radiation safety in nuclear technology utilization units,a case study was carried out on electron irradiation accelerator enterprise in this paper.Based on full researches,the characteristics of its industry radiation safety risks was summarized,and a radiation safety risk evaluation index system consisting of 3 levels and 32 indicators was built.The combination weighting method was used to weight various indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to comprehensively evaluate an electron irradiation accelerator enterprise,and radiation safety risk points and risk levels of the enterprise were obtained.The evaluation results were consistent with the actual situation,verifying the feasibility of the evaluation system and providing decision-making basis for radiation safety supervision.
