摘  要:该文提出了一款2×2的宽带宽轴比圆极化微带天线阵列.天线单元采用金属探针的馈电方式,辐射结构由1个正交缝隙的方形贴片和4个弧形贴片组成.通过优化弧形尺寸,使4个弧形贴片的面积与正交缝隙的面积相等,从而保证天线的有效辐射面积,提高辐射效率.将微带天线单元组成2×2的阵列,在提高增益的同时改善了辐射方向图.测试结果表明:-10 dB阻抗带宽为35.7%(29~41.6 GHz),3 dB轴比带宽为26.6%(29~37.9 GHz),峰值增益为11 dBic;在圆极化的3个重要模式中,交叉极化水平都低于20 dB.In this paper,a 2×2 broadband wide axis ratio circularly polarized microstrip antenna array is proposed.The antenna unit is fed by a microstrip line-metallized perforation and consists of a square patch with an orthogonal gap and four curved patches.By optimizing the arc size,the area of the four arc patches is equal to the area of the orthogonal slit,thus ensuring the effective radiation area of the antenna and improving the radiation efficiency.The designed microstrip antenna units are formed into 2×2 arrays to enhance gain and improve radiation directional deflection.Measured results of the fabricated antenna array show that-10 dB impedance bandwidth is 35.7%(29~41.6 GHz)and 3 dB AR bandwidth is 26.6%(29~37.9 GHz)with a peak gain of 11 dBic.Cross-polarization levels are below 20 dB in all three CP major modes.
