摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区是我国国民经济战略核心和参与全球竞争重要支撑,推进农产品冷链物流协同发展直接关系大湾区城市群发展韧性。粤港澳大湾区农产品冷链物流系统呈现出的多层次性、超复杂性、高开放性、强动态性、突异质性,叠加大湾区多制度并行壁垒、多中心城市竞争密集以及市场消费生态分化等阻滞因素,造成湾区农产品冷链物流区域之间相对均衡的高质量发展目标仍难以达成。未来需要从战略、战术、操作三层面协同,作用于系统内部各要素,共同赋能湾区农产品冷链物流产业生态圈主体高效合作的基本框架。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)serves as a strategic core of China’s national economy and a vital support for global competition.Advancing the collaborative development of agricultural cold chain logistics directly relates to the resilience of urban agglomerations within the GBA.The agricultural cold chain logistics system in the GBA exhibits multilevel characteristics,hyper-complexity,high openness,strong dynamics,and prominent heterogeneity.These features,coupled with obstacles such as parallel institutional barriers,intense competition among multi-center cities,and differentiated market consumption ecosystems,make it challenging to achieve relatively balanced high-quality development goals among different regions within the GBA's agricultural cold chain logistics sector.In the future,it is necessary to coordinate efforts at the strategic,tactical,and operational levels,influencing various elements within the system to jointly establish a basic framework that enables efficient cooperation among entities within the agricultural cold chain logistics industrial ecosystem in the GBA.
