摘　　要：改革开放以来,农民工经历了从“外出打工潮”到“返乡就业创业潮”的巨大变迁。文章运用科学计量分析方法,剖析了我国农民工返乡创业研究的现状、热点与趋势。研究发现:农民工返乡创业研究热点集中在创业动机、环境及绩效等方面。兼具规模和稳定性的核心团队、健全可靠的合作网络、成熟的理论研究框架仍待成形。现有研究方法和分析视角较为单一、范围较窄、应用指导性有待加强。未来应强化农民工返乡创业情境及过程的动态考查,尤其要多维度探索农民工返乡创业绩效提升与路径优化的发生机理和行为规律,为推进农民工返乡创业就业,激发乡村全面振兴内生动力提供支持。Since the reform and opening up,migrant workers have experienced great changes from“going out to work in the cities”to“returning to rural villages for employment and entrepreneurship”.Using the method of scientific econometric analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation,hot spots and trends of the research of migrant workers returning home to start their own business.The research results show that the present researches mainly focus on entrepreneurial motivation,environment and performance of migrant workers returning home.Efforts have to be made in the core team with both scale and stability,sound and reliable cooperation network,and mature theoretical research framework.The existing research methods and analytical perspectives are relatively single,narrow in scope;and the guidance for application needs to be strengthened.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the dynamic examination of the situation and process of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,especially to explore its mechanism and behavioral rules of the performance improvement and path optimization from multiple dimensions,in order to encourage the migrant workers who return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship and stimulate the endogenous driving force of comprehensive rural revitalization.
