摘　　要：就近就地城镇化是中国式现代化的重要标志,是促进大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的重要抓手。文章利用2018年最新流动人口动态监测数据和294个宏观城市数据的匹配数据,并辅以相关实地访谈资料,考察了就近就地城镇化对农转非流动人口高质量就业的影响。研究发现:就近就地城镇化能够显著促进农转非流动人口高质量就业,在加入主要控制变量、地区虚拟变量后,结论依然成立。为克服实证模型中内生性问题,文章选取工具变量法,并通过多种稳健性检验后,所得结果依然稳健。异质性分析发现,就近就地城镇化对农转非流动人口高质量就业在城市等级与留城时长上存在异质性。进一步机制分析发现,就近就地城镇化主要通过城市包容性发展进而助推农转非流动人口高质量就业。研究结论不仅为大力发展就近就地城镇化提供事实依据,也为引导亿万农转非流动人口高质量就业提供政策启示。Local urbanization is an important symbol of Chinese path to modernization and an important issue to promote the coordinated development of large,small and medium-sized cities and small towns.The article uses the latest dynamic monitoring data of migrant population in 2018 and matching data from 294 macro cities,supplemented by relevant field interview materials,to examine the impact of local urbanization on high-quality employment of population who migrate from rural areas to urban areas.Research has found that local urbanization can significantly promote high-quality employment for these group of people.After adding the main control variables and regional dummy variables,the conclusion still holds true.To overcome the endogeneity problem in the empirical model,the article selected the instrumental variable method and obtained robust results after multiple robustness tests.Heterogeneity analysis found that there is heterogeneity in the urban level and duration of stay for the high-quality employment of migrant population from rural areas to cities.Further mechanism analysis reveals that local urbanization mainly promotes high-quality employment for rural migrant workers through inclusive urban development.The research conclusion not only provides factual basis for vigorously developing local urbanization,but also provides policy inspiration for guiding the high-quality employment of billions of rural migrant population.
