摘　　要：卫生健康投资是维护全体社会成员身体健康的重要保障,家庭人均卫生健康投资的城乡差异严重阻碍我国卫生健康事业的高质量发展,影响社会公平和经济发展。本文采用泰尔指数对我国2003—2022年家庭卫生健康投资的城乡差异及空间格局演变进行分析。结果显示:我国城乡家庭卫生健康投资水平不断提升,居民对医疗卫生的重视程度不断增强;全国城乡家庭卫生健康投资差异不断缩小;地区层面家庭卫生投资差距的格局呈东西部高、中部低,东西部地区差距在较高水平上缓慢波动下降,中部地区在较低水平上缓慢波动上升。在此基础上,本文提出转变家庭卫生健康投资观念、完善政府卫生健康宏观统筹规划、释放卫生健康消费潜力等措施,实现城乡卫生资源配置优化,推进城乡健康公平。Health investment serves as a crucial safeguard for maintaining the physical well-being of all members of society.The urban-rural disparity in per capita health investment within households severely impedes the high-quality development of China’s health undertakings and exerts an impact on social equity and economic growth.This paper employs the Theil index to analyze the urban-rural differences and the evolution of the spatial pattern of household health investment in China during the period from 2003 to 2022.The results are as follows.The level of urban and rural household health investment in China has been steadily increasing,and residents’attention to medical and health care has been continuously heightened;the urban-rural disparity in household health investment nationwide has been gradually narrowing.At the regional level,the pattern of differences in household health investment shows higher levels in the eastern and western regions and lower levels in the central region.The gap between the eastern and western regions has been slowly fluctuating and declining at a relatively high level,whereas the central region has been slowly fluctuating and rising at a relatively low level.Based on these results,this paper puts forward measures such as transforming the concept of household health investment,improving the government’s macro-level overall planning for health,and unlocking the potential of health consumption,aiming to optimize the allocation of urban and rural health resources and promote urban-rural health equity.
