摘  要:针对当前缺乏路面标线反光耐久性室内评价方法的现状,本研究提出了一种基于加速加载试验的耐久性测试方法。通过模拟实际环境,设定了60℃紫外照射、25℃空气浴、60℃空气浴、25℃水浴及车辆荷载冲击等试验条件,并以10万次为周期,共计加载20万次。研究分析了热熔型标线和双组分标线在碾压过程中的可视性及逆反射亮度系数的衰减规律。结果表明,热熔型标线和双组分标线的逆反射亮度系数在加载初期先增大后减小,双组分标线的衰减速度较慢。此外,室外实测数据与室内模拟数据的衰减趋势一致,但实际衰减速度较快。研究验证了室内测试方法的可靠性,为路面标线的维护和更新提供了科学依据和参考。In response to the current lack of indoor evaluation methods for the reflective durability of pavement markings,a durability testing method based on accelerated loading tests is proposed in this study.By simulating actual environmental conditions,including 60℃ UV exposure,25℃ air bath,60℃ air bath,25℃ water bath,and vehicle load impact,were implemented with a cycle of 100,000 repetitions,totaling 200,000 repetitions.The study analyzed the visibility and retro-reflective brightness coefficient degradation patterns for thermoplastic and two-component pavement markings under rolling processes.The results indicated that the retro-reflective brightness coefficients of both thermoplastic and two-component road markings initially increased and then decreased during the initial loading phases,with two-component markings exhibiting slower degradation rate.Furthermore,the degradation trends of data observed in outdoor measurements were consistent with those from indoor simulation,although the actual degradation rate was faster.This study confirmed the reliability of the indoor testing method,providing a scientific basis and reference for the maintenance and renewal of pavement markings.
