摘  要:为了提高航道的通航安全水平,桥梁主动防船撞工程已在我国多座跨海大桥建设实施。传统桥梁主动防船撞旨在加强桥梁主动预警提示能力,忽略了引入干扰船舶驾驶的风险。本文从跨海大桥以及船舶航行安全两个维度进行跨海大桥防船撞特点分析,研究能够实时监测船舶航行状态和环境条件的智能感知技术,建立了一套快速响应机制,能够在检测到潜在碰撞风险时及时采取措施,并开发了基于数据分析的风险预判模型,提高了预警的准确性,最终形成一套具备工程应用条件的跨海大桥主动防船撞预警技术体系。依托港珠澳大桥进行技术试验验证,验证结果表明,该技术体系不仅能够显著增强船舶航行的安全性,而且对驾驶干扰较低,具有重要的工程应用价值。研究成果为跨海大桥防船撞技术的发展提供了新的思路和方法,对于提升海上交通安全管理水平具有重要意义。In order to improve the navigation safety of the waterway,the bridge active anti-collision project has been implemented in the construction of numerous cross-sea bridges in China.Traditional bridge active anti-collision is aimed at strengthening the bridge's active early warning and prompting abilities,while ignoring the risk of interfering with ship driving.In this paper,the anti-collision characteristics of cross-sea bridges were analyzed from the two dimensions of cross-sea bridges and ship navigation safety.An intelligent perception technology capable of monitor the navigation status and environmental conditions of ships in real time was successfully developed,alongside the establishment of a rapid response mechanism which can take timely measures when detecting potential collision risks.A risk prediction model based on data analysis was developed to improve the accuracy of early warning,and finally formed a set of active anti-collision early warning technology system for cross-sea bridges with engineering application conditions.Verified through technical trials on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge showed that the technical system can not only significantly improve the safety of ship navigation,but also have low interference with driving,showcasing important engineering application value.The research results provide new ideas and methods for ship collision prevention technology for cross-sea bridges,and hold significant importance for improving the safety management of marine traffic.
