摘  要:为深入研究钢桥面环氧树脂防水黏结层的工艺特点和发展规律,保证其质量稳定,本文结合深中大桥钢桥面铺装工程,研究介绍一种钢桥面环氧树脂防水黏结层智能化涂刷工艺,采用合适的智能化工艺方法,解决了传统工艺中人工涂布施工功效偏低、均匀性欠佳的问题,提升了工效和质量稳定性,在项目中得到成功应用。本研究的实施也为国内未来钢桥面建设提供了依据和借鉴。In order to investigate the process characteristics and development of epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer on steel bridge deck and to ensure its quality stability,this article focused on the steel bridge deck pavement project of Shenzhong Bridge and introduce an intelligent coating process for the application of epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer on steel bridge deck.By adopting appropriate intelligent process methods,it solves the problems of low efficiency and poor uniformity of manual coating construction in traditional processes.This significantly improve construction work efficiency and quality stability.The successful application of this process in the project provided a basis and reference for the future construction of steel bridge deck in China.
