摘  要:以碳钢作为基体模拟电力接地体,采用电沉积工艺在碳钢表面分别制备Zn镀层、Zn-Ni合金镀层、Zn-Ni-P合金镀层、Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2)复合镀层,并研究不同镀层的形貌、物相、导电性能和耐腐蚀性能,以及在土壤模拟液中对碳钢的防护性能。结果表明:Zn-Ni合金镀层、Zn-Ni-P合金镀层和Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2)复合镀层的导电性能都符合要求并且物相相同,含有单质Zn相、N_5Zn_(21)相和Ni_(3)Zn_(22)相,但它们在土壤模拟液中的耐腐蚀性能以及对碳钢的防护性能存在差异。Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2)复合镀层在土壤模拟液中的耐腐蚀性能好于Zn镀层、Zn-Ni合金镀层和Zn-Ni-P合金镀层,对碳钢的防护效率接近99%,主要归因于Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2)复合镀层具有良好的致密性能有效阻隔腐蚀介质,加之复合镀层中掺杂着SiO_(2)颗粒呈分散状态能增大腐蚀阻力并减弱电偶腐蚀效应,因而对碳钢电力接地体起到更好的防护作用。Zn coating,Zn-Ni alloy coating,Zn-Ni-P alloy coating and Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2) composite coating were electrodeposited on the surface of carbon steel which was used as the matrix to simulate power grounding body,and the morphology,phase,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of different coatings and the protective properties of different coatings on carbon steel in simulated soil solution were studied.The results show that the electrical conductivity of Zn-Ni alloy coating,Zn-Ni-P alloy coating and Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2) composite coating meet the requirements and they all contain elemental Zn,N_(5)Zn_(21) and Ni_(3)Zn_(22) phase.However,there are differences in the corrosion resistance of Zn coating,Zn-Ni alloy coating,Zn-Ni-P alloy coating and Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2) composite coating and the protective properties on carbon steel in simulated soil solution.The corrosion resistance of Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2) composite coating in simulated soil solution is better than that of Zn coating,Zn-Ni alloy coating and Zn-Ni-P alloy coating,and the protection efficiency on carbon steel is close to 99%,which are mainly due to Zn-Ni-P/SiO_(2) composite coating possessing good compactness can effectively block corrosive media.In addition,SiO_(2) particles doped in the composite coating in a dispersion state can increase the corrosion resistance and weaken the galvanic corrosion effect,thus plays a better protective effect on carbon steel power grounding body.
