摘 要:基于2003~2022年我国31个省份面板数据,运用熵权法、SBM-GML指数法,测算出各省份农业科技金融指数与农业全要素生产率及其分解指标,构建双向固定效应模型分析农业科技金融对农业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,农业科技金融可促进农业全要素生产率增长,主要通过提升技术水平体现;异质性分析表明,农业科技金融在东中部地区对农业全要素生产率具有促进作用,但在西部地区作用不明显;相比于低生产率地区,农业科技金融对农业全要素生产率的增长效应在高生产率地区更为显著。为此,各省份需加强农业科技创新与金融结合的政策支持,推动农业科技新成果转化。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2003 to 2022,this paper uses the entropy weight method and the SBM-GML index method to calculate the rural science and technology finance index,agricultural total factor productivity and its decomposition indicators for each province.A two-way fixed effects model is constructed to analyze the impact of agricultural science and technology finance on agricultural total factor productivity.The research shows that agricultural science and technology finance can promote the growth of agricultural total factor productivity,mainly through the improvement of the technological level.The heterogeneity analysis indicates that agricultural science and technology finance plays a facilitating role in promoting agricultural total factor productivity in the eastern and central regions,but its effect is not obvious in the western region.Compared with low-productivity regions,the growth effect of agricultural science and technology finance on agricultural total factor productivity is more significant in high-productivity regions.Therefore,all provinces need to strengthen policy support for the combination of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and finance,and promote the transformation of new agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
