摘　　要：随着企业数字化转型的深入和信息技术的快速发展,管理信息系统作为数据的载体,其数据安全治理能力直接影响到企业整体的数据安全,因此,客观评估信息系统的数据安全治理能力成熟度成为亟须解决的问题。文章从管理信息系统的生命周期出发,提取五个评估维度,并设计每个维度下的核心指标,然后使用模糊综合评价法设计评估的实施过程及构建成熟度等级,涵盖从无序级到优化级的五个不同发展阶段。最后,文章以J企业的充电运营管理信息系统为对象进行数据安全治理能力评估,验证了本文提出的评估模型的可行性。As enterprise digital transformation accelerates and information technology continues to ad-vance rapidly,management information systems(MIS)-the primary carriers of enterprise data-play an increasingly critical role in ensuring overall data security.Consequently,objectively assessing the ma-turity of data security governance capabilities within these systems has become a pressing concern.Grounded in the lifecycle of MIS,this study proposes a maturity assessment framework encompassing five evaluation dimensions and corresponding core indicators.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is then employed to guide the assessment process and construct a five-level maturity model,ranging from the Chaotic Level to the Optimized Level.Finally,a case study involving Company J’s charging operation management information system is presented to evaluate its data security gover-nance capability,thereby validating the feasibility of the proposed model.
