摘 要:近年来新能源汽车销量呈现爆发式的增长,但是日益增长的新能源汽车行业也导致了诸多问题,例如产品质量参差不齐、用户体验不佳等问题。因此,在竞争日益激烈的市场中如何及时准确地掌握消费者需求,了解消费者对产品各方面的评价信息,为消费者带来更好的产品和服务至关重要。传统的问卷调查等方式获取消费者的需求和质量评价显然已经不能满足当前的需求。本文通过数据挖掘技术分析新能源汽车市场信息,探究用户需求与痛点。研究发现,用户对新能源汽车的关注点主要集中在性价比、内饰、空间等方面。同时,研究也发现用户对于新能源汽车的外观等方面满意度普遍较高,对于舒适性等方面的满意度普遍较低。Electric vehicle have shown explosive growth in recent years,but the growing electric ve-hicle industry has also led to many problems,such as uneven product quality and poor user experience.Therefore,in the increasingly competitive market,how to timely and accurately grasp the consumer demand,understand the consumer evaluation information on various aspects of the product,to bring better products and services for consumers is crucial.Traditional methods such as questionnaire sur-veys to obtain consumer demand and quality evaluation obviously can no longer meet the current needs.In this paper,the market information of electric vehicle was analyzed through data mining tech-nology to explore user needs and pain points.The study finds that users’concerns about electric ve-hicle are mainly focused on cost-effectiveness,interior,space and other aspects.At the same time,the study also finds that users are generally more satisfied with the appearance of electric vehicle,and generally less satisfied with the comfort.
