摘  要:人工智能在21世纪的快速发展正在重塑整个社会。除了生产效率的提升和决策的精准优化,同时也引发了新的社会伦理及管理问题。探索如何适应人工智能时代变革下人类文明可持续发展是管理理论的重要命题。文章围绕技术变化下中国的管理模式演变与发展趋势,就人工智能时代的影响从文化与文明的视角提出了新思考。文章回顾了新中国成立以来管理模式发展历史,并从管理模式的研究方法和人性假设的演变两个维度梳理了管理模式的特征,就人工智能对中国式管理带来的挑战,提出了基于“主体人”假设融合东方智慧与人类文明共性的视角,在全球化的商业环境中,促进不同文化之间的相互理解与融合,贡献东方智慧的理论思考。The rapid development of artificial intelligence in the 21st century is playing a role in reshap-ing the entire society.In addition to the improvement of production efficiency and precise optimization of decision-making,it also raises new social ethical and management issues.Exploring how to adapt to the sustainable development of human civilization in the era of artificial intelligence is an important proposition of management theory.This paper focuses on the evolution and development trend of China's management mode under the technological change,and puts forward new thinking on the influ-ence of the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of culture and civilization.This paper re-views the development history of the management model since the founding of People's Republic of China,and summarizes the characteristics of the management model from the two dimensions of the research method of the management model and the evolution of the assumption of human nature.In terms of the challenges brought by artificial intelligence to Chinese management,it puts forward a per-spective based on the assumption of“subject person”and the integration of Oriental wisdom and the commonality of human civilization.Promote mutual understanding and integration between different cultures and contribute to the theoretical thinking of Oriental wisdom.
