摘　　要：报告1例嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎合并肠道黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤。患者男,47岁。头皮和躯干红色丘疹伴瘙痒1个月余。既往确诊肠道黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤。皮肤科检查:头皮散在毛囊性红色丘疹和丘脓疱疹,部分消退,消退处可见暗褐色色素沉着;背部散在分布多量米粒至花生米大暗红色毛囊性丘疹。实验室检查:CD4+T细胞计数<300个/μL;CD4∶CD8比值为0.22。背部皮损组织病理检查:表皮正常,真皮血管周围少量淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,局灶毛囊皮脂腺可见大量嗜酸性粒细胞和少许中性粒细胞浸润。诊断:嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎合并肠道黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤。A case of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis combined with extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associat-ed lymphoid tissue(MALT lymphoma)involving the intestine is reported.The patient is a 47-year-old male who presented with itchy,red papules on the scalp and trunk for over a month.He has a history of MALT lymphoma involving the intestines.Dermatological examination revealed scattered follicular red papules and pustules on the scalp,the lesions partially subsided,with dark brown pigmentation visible,as well as numerous dark red follicular papules on the back,ranging in size from mil-let to peanut.Laboratory tests showed a CD4+T cell count of less than 300 cells/μL,CD4/CD8 ratio is 0.22.Histopathologi-cal examination of skin lesions from back showed normal epidermis and a patchy inflammatory cell infiltrates around the hair follicles,sebaceous glands,and capillaries in the superficial dermis.The inflammatory cells were predominantly histiocytes and lymphocytes,with an increased number of eosinophils.A diagnosis of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis combined with extran-odal marginal zone lymphoma of MALT lymphoma involving the intestines was made.
