摘　　要：随着人口老龄化加速和养老方式日趋多元,抱团养老成为新型养老方式之一。以“金秋岁月养老闺蜜团”为例,采用扎根理论研究方法分析“闺蜜”抱团养老的生成逻辑与运行模式。研究发现:情感基础、养老理念、精神需求与生活需求是其形成的逻辑基础,共同居住、等额分摊费用、分工协作、平等协商以及开展娱乐活动构成了“闺蜜”抱团养老的运行模式。此外,“闺蜜”抱团养老在实践中也可能面临健康、情感、家庭和法律方面的不同问题,应采取健康管理、定期交流、法律预防等保障措施维护团体的和谐及长期发展。With the increasingly aging population and more and more diversified ways for the elderly care,besties companionship in old age has become one of the new ways.Based on the case of“Golden Autumn Besties Group for the Elderly Care”,and by using the research method of grounded theory,this paper analyzes the generation logic and operation mode of besties companionship in old age.It is found that the emotional foundation,elderly care concept,spiritual and living needs are the logical basis of its formation,and co⁃living,cost sharing,division of labor,equal consultation and entertainment activities constitute the operation mode of besties companionship.In addition,in practice,besties companionship may also face different problems such as of health,emotion,family and law.Safeguard measures such as health management,regular communication and legal prevention should be taken to maintain the harmony and long⁃term development of the group.
