摘　　要：在快速城镇化背景下,农村家庭的高度韧性可以支撑家庭整体发展。基于皖南某镇多个村庄的实证研究发现,新三代家庭结构是农民家庭适应现代化转型的结果,包括同居共住型、半城半乡型和城-县-乡三元型等类型。新三代家庭强调通过“合”的力量服务于家庭再生产。代际共生与家庭资源整合、隔代继替与家庭单元重构、老人退养与家庭功能调适构成新三代家庭的生成机制。新三代家庭呈现出的韧性特征强化了农民家庭的适应和发展能力,具体表现为通过行动韧性保持家庭发展秩序的稳定性、通过时间韧性提高家庭风险应对能力、通过空间韧性推动家庭城乡流动。韧性家庭维持了家庭再生产的秩序,提高了家庭生产效率,成为我国社会活力的主要来源。In the context of rapid urbanization,the structure of rural families highlights a high degree of resili⁃ence to support overall family development.An empirical study based on several villages in a town in southern Anhui Province shows that the new three⁃generation families are the result of peasant families adapting to mod⁃ernization and transformation.The new three⁃generation families have diversified types,including the cohabita⁃tion type,the half⁃urban⁃half⁃rural type and the urban⁃county⁃rural ternary type.The new three⁃generation families emphasize the power of“cooperation”to serve family reproduction.Intergenerational symbiosis and the integration of family resources,intergenerational succession and the reconstruction of the family unit,and the retirement of the elderly and the adjustment of family functions constitute the mechanism and resilience foundation for the generation of the new three⁃generation family.The resilient family characteristics presented by the new three⁃generation families have strengthened the ability of rural families to adapt and develop,which is specifically manifested in the resilience of the action to maintain the order of family development,the resili⁃·88·ence of the time to response the family risk,and the spatial resilience to support the positive urban⁃rural mob⁃ility.Resilient families maintain the order of family reproduction and strengthen the ability of family develop⁃ment,improve the operational efficiency of family production and life,and constitute the main source of social vitality in China.
