超分子水杨酸联合活性锌对改善头皮脂溢性皮炎的效果和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:采用超分子水杨酸联合活性锌对头皮脂溢性皮炎(scalp seborrheic dermatitis,SSD)患者进行治疗,评估超分子水杨酸联合活性锌治疗SSD患者临床疗效和安全性。方法:入选72例SSD患者,随机分为超分子水杨酸联合活性锌试验组和活性锌对照组,收集在第0周、第2周、第4周和第8周的临床症状评分、皮肤病生活质量指数及皮肤镜图像,观察两组患者治疗前后数据及图像的变化。结果:试验组有效率高于对照组,治疗4周后,两组患者临床症状评分与治疗前相比均有下降,试验组在皮损面积改善方面优于对照组;两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论:超分子水杨酸联合活性锌和单用活性锌均可改善SSD患者的临床症状及生活质量,患者不良反应轻微,依从性高。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with active zinc in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis(SSD). Methods: Seventy-two patients with SSD were randomly assigned to either a treatment group(supramolecular salicylic acid combined with active zinc) or a control group(active zinc). Clinical symptom scores,the dermatology quality of life index(DLQI), and dermatoscopic images were collected at baseline(week 0), week 2, week 4,and week 8. The changes in these data and images before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:A higher effective rate was achieved in the treatment group than in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptom scores decreased in both groups, and the decrease in the lesion size was more evident in the treatment group. There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Both supramolecular salicylic acid combined with active zinc and active zinc alone can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in SSD patients. Both treatments brought with minor adverse reactions and high patient compliance.
