摘　　要：目的:观察异维A酸联合去顶术治疗头皮穿掘性蜂窝织炎的临床疗效。方法:选取30例接受异维A酸联合去顶术治疗的头皮穿掘性蜂窝织炎患者为试验组,30例单纯口服异维A酸的患者为对照组。根据治疗后的有效率和复发率评估两组患者的疗效。结果:试验组患者的有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的23.33%;试验组半年复发率为26.67%,低于对照组的56.67%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:异维A酸联合去顶术是治疗头皮穿掘性蜂窝织炎有效的治疗方法,具有快速起效,复发率低的优点。Objective:To explore the feasibility and efficacy of isotretinoin combined with deroofing for treating dissecting cel lulitis of the scalp. Methods: Thirty patients treated with oral isotretinoin combined with deroofing were assigned to the treatment group, while thirty patients treated with oral isotretinoin alone to the control group. Efficacy was evaluated based on the effective rate and recurrence rate after treatment. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group( 23.33%). The 6-month recurrence rate in the treatment group was 26.67%, compared to56.67% in the control group. Statistical differences were observed between the two groups. Conclusion: The combination of isotretinoin and deroofing is effective for dissecting cellulitis of the scalp, with a rapid onset and a low recurrence rate.
