摘 要:为了解城市湿地底栖动物群落结构以及水生态环境状况,于2020年9月对济南雪野湖湿地公园开展了底栖动物调查分析。结果显示,秋季共采集到底栖动物3门5纲17种,其中昆虫纲种类最多,占底栖动物总种类数的47.06%,腹足纲次之,占比为29.41%。底栖动物密度和生物量平均值分别为289.1个/m^(2)、91.91g/m^(2),变化范围分别为9.6个/m^(2)~555.9个/m^(2)、1.25 g/m^(2)~266.08 g/m^(2)。底栖动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为1.34、0.60。调查结果表明,底栖动物种类组成以昆虫纲占优势,群落结构趋于简单化。生物多样性指数水质评价结果说明,湖区水质整体处于中污染—轻污染状态。建议进一步加强雪野湖湿地水质保护,复壮生物群落,提高生物多样性。In order to understand the community structure of urban wetland benthos and the status of water ecological environment,the sampling of benthic animals was investigated and analyzed in Jinan Xueye Lake Wetland Park in September 2020.The results showed that a total of 17 benthic species belonging to 3 phyla,5 classes were collected,amonmg which Insecta species accounted for 47.06%of the total species,followed by Gastropoda species accounting for 29.41%.The mean values of benthic animals density and biomass were 289.1 ind./m^(2)and 91.91 g/m^(2),with ranging from 9.6 ind./m^(2)to 555.9 ind./m^(2)and 1.25 g/m^(2)to 266.08 g/m^(2),respectively.The mean values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index were 1.34 and 0.60,respectively.The analysis results showed that the composition of benthic animal species was dominated by insect class,and the community structure tended to be simplified.The water quality evaluation results of biodiversity index showed that the overall water quality in Xueye Lake was in a state of moderate pollution to light pollution.It was suggested to strengthen the protection of water quality in the wetland of Xueye Kake,revitalize the biological community and improve the biodiversity.
