呼伦湖浮游植物群落构成特征与多样性研究

摘  要:呼伦湖是内蒙古面积最大的湖泊,为了解呼伦湖不同时期浮游植物群落结构和水质状况,在呼伦湖开展了浮游植物资源调查。该调查共鉴定浮游植物7门90属97种,绿藻门种类居多,浮游植物种类较之前调查种类数量有下降趋势。夏秋季节,由于呼伦湖水温骤然升高,湖区局部地区暴发微囊藻和十字藻,尤其是微囊藻数量较多,从而导致个别采样点的生物多样性降低,相关部门必须提高警惕,避免蓝藻水华大范围暴发的情况出现。按照Margalef(种类分布丰富度)分级评价标准,各采样点均为严重污染型。Hulun Lake,the largest lake in Inner Mongolia,underwent a phytoplankton resource investigation to understand its phytoplankton community structure and water quality across different periods.The survey identified 97 phytoplankton species belonging to 90 genera and 7 phyla,with Chlorophyta being the most dominant group.A declining trend in phytoplankton species diversity was observed compared to previous surveys.During summer and autumn,sudden increases in water temperature triggered localized outbreaks of Microcystis and Crucigenia(particularly notable for Microcystis proliferation),leading to reduced biodiversity at specific sampling sites.Relevant authorities must remain vigilant to prevent large-scale cyanobacterial blooms.According to the Margalef index(evaluating species distribution richness),all sampling sites were classified as heavily polluted category.
