摘　　要：为研究全人工养殖的达氏鳇(Huso dauricus)人工繁殖效果,于2024年5月对鸭绿江人工养殖的5尾雌鱼进行了人工催产试验。在水温16℃~17℃条件下,5尾雌鱼全部顺产。催产药物效应时间最短为18 h,最长为31 h,相差13 h;受精率最高为86%,最低为10%,相差76%。5尾雌鱼共产出受精卵153.3万粒,孵化率最高为95%,最低为30%,共孵出苗84.8万尾;受精卵历时125 h开始出苗。To investigate the artificial reproduction efficacy of fully cultured Huso dauricus,an artificial induction trial was conducted on five female fish cultured in the Yalujiang River in May 2024.Under water temperature conditions of 16℃to 17℃,all five females successfully spawned.The shortest drug-induced effect time was 18 hours,while the longest was 31 hours,with a difference of 13 hours.The highest fertilization rate was 86%,and the lowest was 10%,resulting in a difference of 76%.The five females collectively produced 1.533 million fertilized eggs.The highest hatching rate was 95%,and the lowest was 30%,yielding a total of 848000 fry.The fertilized eggs began hatching after 125 hours.
