摘 要:近些年来,信息化技术在海洋与渔业管理中的应用日益广泛,尤其是“北斗+5G”融合技术为提升海洋与渔业执法效能提供了全新的解决方案。文章结合实际,阐述了“北斗+5G”融合技术在禁渔区执法、无居民海岛巡查、休闲渔业违法查处、海域倾倒污染取证等方面的具体应用,探讨了其在提升海洋与渔业执法效率、降低执法成本、违法调查取证等方面的潜力和优势。同时,文章还分析了该技术在实际应用中面临的挑战,包括数据安全、技术执法合法性、资源养护影响等问题。最后,文章提出了相应的解决策略,为未来海洋与渔业执法信息化建设提供理论支持和实践指导。In recent years,the application of information technology in Marine and fishery management has become increasingly extensive,especially the“Beidou+5G”integration technology provides a new solution to improve the efficiency of Marine and fishery law enforcement.Based on the actual situation,the paper expounds the specific applications of“Beidou+5G”integration technology in law enforcement in prohibited fishing areas,inspection of uninhabited islands,illegal investigation and punishment of recreational fisheries,and dumping pollution in sea areas,and discusses its potential and advantages in improving the efficiency of Marine and fishery law enforcement,reducing law enforcement costs,and illegal investigation and collection of evidence.At the same time,the paper also analyzes the challenges faced by the technology in practical application,including data security,legality of technical law enforcement,impact of resource conservation and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding solution strategies to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the future Marine and fishery law enforcement information construction.
