摘　　要：The 2025 CIC Blue Ocean Forum for Worldwide Scientists,sponsored by the China Institute of Communications and organized by China Communications Editorial Office,will be held at the beginning of August this year,aiming at the theme on“Sharing Academic Ideas&Promoting Innovation for Development”.The forum will feature world-class speakers,academic panels,and discussions.The Forum co-chairs invite the submission of original papers for presentation.
